Seit 1955 ist Lean-Management durch die Toyota Motor Campany bekannt; doch der Begriff ist aktuell besonders in Mode. Lean gilt heute als schlank, modern und <strong>trendy<\/strong>. Jeder spricht von Lean, gleichwohl viele nicht wissen, was damit umfassend gemeint ist.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;\">In Vorstellungsgespr\u00e4chen werde ich oft nach Management-Methoden vor dem Hintergrund gefragt, welche ich beherrschen w\u00fcrde. W\u00e4hrend meines Arbeitslebens habe ich festgestellt, dass die meisten Unternehmen die Bandbreite von Verbesserungswerkzeugen nicht kennen, denn die Methodenvielfalt bei der Prozessoptimierung gleicht einem Dschungel \u2013 <strong>japanisch, amerikanisch, deutsch<\/strong> oder auch eine bunte Mischung aus allem. Wer sich nicht seit Jahren mit den unterschiedlichen Ans\u00e4tzen besch\u00e4ftigt, sie anwendet oder sie tainiert, stolpert schnell \u00fcber die Vielfalt und l\u00e4sst die Finger davon. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Improvement-Methoden, -Techniken, -Instru<\/span>mente (MTI) und Analysesysteme <\/strong><strong>unterliegen <\/strong><strong>einem Lebenszyklus. <\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Als <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #ff6600;\">Interim-Improvement-Manager<\/span><\/strong> bin ich verantwortlich f\u00fcr die Optimiertung von technischen, qualitativen und logistischen Prozessen sowohl im eigenen Unternehmen als auch bei <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">weltweiten Lieferanten und Kunden<\/span>. Ziel ist es die Zu- und Belieferungen mit dem eigenen Werk hinsichtlich Qualit\u00e4t, Menge und Termin zu optimieren, um Fertigungs- und Montagestillst\u00e4nde im eigenen Werk und beim Kunden zu vermeiden. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Hierf\u00fcr sind im gesamten Supply-Chain-Prozess:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">strukturierte Analysen der technischen und qualitativen Systeme vor Ort u.a. durch Nutzung analytischer und statistischer Methoden, sowie<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">strukturierte Analysen der logistischen Systeme vor Ort u.a. durch Nutzung von Lean-Methoden, -Techniken und -Instrumente <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">zwingend. S<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">iehe hierzu unten &#8222;Systemanalyse&#8220;<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Als<strong> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\">Interim-Sanierer \/ -Restrukturierer<\/span><\/span><\/strong> konnte ich immer die L\u00fccke zwischen Herausforderung und Instrumentarium schnell durch intensive Analyse der Probleme schlie\u00dfen. Die Methoden, Techniken und Instrumente h\u00e4ngen vom Thema, von den Rahmenbedingungen, vom Know-how der Mitarbeiter und von der Zeit ab, welche ich in einem Standortaufbau- oder Change-Management-Projekt einsetze. Alle Instrumente <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">sollen der Projektentwicklung, Personalentwicklung und der Prozessentwicklung dienen. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Hierbei habe ich auf vier Grundregeln gesetzt:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Welche MTI sind einzusetzen?<\/strong> Jede Managementtechnik hat ihre St\u00e4rken und Schw\u00e4chen. Es geht darum, die richtigen Instrumente zur richtigen Zeit in der richtigen Kombination einzusetzen. Das setzt eine gr\u00fcndliche Recherche und Analyse der Probleme voraus. Ihre Abteilungs- oder Bersichleiter sollten jedoch schon wissen, wie sie ihren Bereich mit welchen Zielen und Methoden f\u00fchren. Ist dem nicht so, dann haben Sie Handlungsbedarf?<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Wann sind MTI einzusetzen?<\/strong> Managementtechniken k\u00f6nnen unbefriedigte Kundenbed\u00fcrfnisse zu Tage f\u00f6rdern, zu einem Vorsprung gegen\u00fcber dem Wettbewerb f\u00fchren oder neue Strategien hervorbringen. Nur wer wei\u00df, welches Ziel er aktuell erreichen will, kann die richtigen Instrumente einsetzen und die erhofften Ergebnisse erzielen.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Wie viele MTI sind einzusetzen?<\/strong> Der Nutzen der meisten Managementmethoden ergibt sich erst im Rahmen eines umfassenden Programms. Deshalb ist es von Vorteil, wenn man angesichts der verf\u00fcgbarenb Zeit eher weniger als mehr Werkzeuge ausw\u00e4hlen.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Was kann erwartet werden?<\/strong> Managementtechniken sind ein Hilfs- und kein Allheilmittel. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ihr erfolgreicher Einsatz setzt eine \u00fcberzeugende Strategie voraus.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Wer diese Regeln ber\u00fccksichtigt, wird auch in den kommenden Jahren vom Einsatz der wichtigsten Managementtechniken profitieren und das Wachstum seines Unternehmens vorantreiben. Das digitale Zeitalter er\u00f6ffnet Unternehmen zudem fraglos enorme Chancen. Big Data Analytics ist mittlerweile in Asien das meistgenutzte Tool. Weltweit ist es aber nicht in den Top Ten zu finden. CRM bleibt jedoch das popul\u00e4rste Tool. In der Prozessorganisation<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Mit der richtigen Strategie und den richtigen Instrumenten werden aus diesen Chancen zus\u00e4tzliche Ums\u00e4tze und Gewinne.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #112288;
